Jason Sutherland* is a partner of DuMoulin Black, practicing primarily in the areas of securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law and proxy contests. Jason advises on a wide variety of matters and transactions for clients who are successful in a range of industries, including mining, oil and gas, technology, biotechnology and food & beverage.

Jason received his B.Comm in 1998 from the University of Victoria and his LL.B. in 2002 at the University of British Columbia. Jason was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2003.
