Kyle Riddell (Articled Student)
Kyle advises public and private companies on a broad range of corporate and securities law transactions, including capital markets financings, stock exchange listings and corporate reorganizations. He also advises clients on corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including continuous disclosure obligations and listing requirements. Kyle has worked with public and private companies in a wide range of industries including technology, life sciences and mining, and also has experience advising clients on commercial leases.
Prior to Kyle coming to Canada, Kyle gained experience in a variety of other areas of law, including dispute resolution and commercial litigation in the United Kingdom, other aspects of corporate law which included mergers and acquisitions in Melbourne, Australia, and fair trading and competition law whilst working in the public sector at the New Zealand Commerce Commission in Wellington, New Zealand.
Kyle successfully completed the National Committee on Accreditation assessment while working at DuMoulin Black in 2019 prior to articling at the firm.
True to his Jersey roots, football is Kyle’s life, and since being in Canada, he’s been loving hiking.
