Kyle practices corporate and securities law, advising clients on capital market transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and corporate reorganizations. He also advises issuers on securities regulatory compliance, stock exchange matters, continuous disclosure obligations and general corporate law. Kyle also has experience advising clients on commercial leases.
Prior to Kyle coming to Canada, Kyle gained experience in a variety of areas of law, including consumer law, corporate law, dispute resolution and commercial litigation in the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, respectively. Kyle successfully completed the National Committee on Accreditation assessment and also articled at DuMoulin Black in 2019 since joining the firm in January 2018.
True to his Jersey roots, football is Kyle’s life, and since being in Canada, he’s been loving hiking.
