Brian Lindsay* practices corporate and securities law. He has been involved in initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and various forms of corporate reorganization. He also advises issuers with respect to continuous disclosure obligations, stock exchange requirements and general corporate matters.
In 2014, Brian was seconded to the Canadian Securities Transition Office (CSTO) for several months, working extensively with the participating provinces and their securities commissions on the drafts of the initial regulations.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in 2002 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 2006. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2007.
Brian is a member of the Securities Law subsection of the Canadian Bar Association.
