Chelsea practices corporate and securities law with a primary focus on capital market transactions and business law matters, including equity and debt financings, initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Chelsea also provides ongoing advice to public and private companies regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and various other corporate and securities law compliance matters.
Prior to joining DuMoulin Black, Chelsea worked at a global consulting firm in finance and management consulting roles. As a management consultant, she worked on software projects and advised clients in the financial services industry.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys mentoring youth, HIIT workouts, yoga, exploring cafes and cheering for the Toronto Blue Jays.
