Chelsea practices corporate and securities law with a primary focus on capital market transactions and business law matters, including equity and debt financings, initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Chelsea also provides ongoing advice to public and private companies regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and various other corporate and securities law compliance matters.
Prior to joining DuMoulin Black, Chelsea worked at a global consulting firm for nearly three years in finance and management consulting roles. As a management consultant, she specialized in working with clients in the technology and financial services sector.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys mentoring youth, hot yoga, exploring new cafes and cheering for the Toronto Blue Jays.
