Conall practices corporate and securities law with a primary focus on capital market transactions and business law matters, including equity and debt financings, initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Conall also provides ongoing advice to public and private companies regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and stock exchange matters.
Conall was recognized in Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch© in 2022 for his work in Securities Law.
Outside of work, Conall enjoys travelling, playing soccer, and spending time with family and friends.
Prior to joining DuMoulin Black, Conall articled at a national firm in Vancouver.
