Erin leads the Corporate Records team with a primary focus on providing support to our clients in meeting their obligations under the British Columbia Business Corporations Act and the Canada Business Corporations Act. Erin also assists our clients with private placement, SEDAR and SEDI filings as well as a number of other securities law compliance matters. Erin joined DuMoulin Black in October 2006.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with family and friends in and around beautiful British Columbia or at a ballfield watching a game.
Erin began her career in 1998 and has worked at various law firms in Vancouver before finding a home here at DuMoulin Black.
