Garrett practices corporate and securities law with a focus on capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public and private company financings, technology transactions and going public transactions. Garrett also advises clients on a range of business transactions and provides ongoing advice to companies regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, securities law compliance and various other corporate and commercial matters. Garrett has extensive experience working with clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, life sciences, hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing and mining, ranging from start-up entrepreneurs to advising public and private companies.
Prior to practicing law, Garrett was a NCAA hockey goalie. Outside of work, Garrett enjoys playing hockey, hiking, jogging, and the culinary arts.
