Jeff practices corporate and securities law with a primary focus on capital market transactions and business law matters, including equity and debt financings, initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Jeff also provides ongoing advice to public and private companies regarding corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and various other corporate and securities law compliance matters.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys playing hockey, cheering on the Seahawks and spending time with his dog. Jeff is also a founding member and the Vice-President of the New Westminster Minor Ball Hockey Association.
Prior to joining DuMoulin Black, Jeff practiced corporate, real estate and securities law at a regional firm in Vancouver.
