Paula works as a paralegal with a primary focus on Corporate and Securities Law. Within these practice areas, Paula specializes in corporate governance, venture capital, private placement, M&A and various other corporate and securities law compliance matters. Paula joined DuMoulin Black in 2023.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys being active, exploring the outdoors, good music and spending time with her three cats.
Prior to joining DuMoulin Black, Paula worked as Legal Executive Assistant specializing in early-stage financing and M&A involving emerging and high growth companies. Preceding her legal career, Paula spent nearly a decade working in hospitality, which has translated to strong communication skills and client relations in her subsequent positions.
