Sofia practices corporate and securities law with a primary focus on capital market transactions, commercial agreements and business law matters, including initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Sofia also provides ongoing advice to public and private companies regarding stock exchange and securities regulatory requirements, continuous disclosure obligations, and various other corporate and securities law compliance matters.
Outside of work, Sofia enjoys exploring local cuisines in different parts of the world, hiking and meditating.
Prior to joining DuMoulin Black, Sofia articled at a national law firm in Vancouver where she gained experience in corporate and securities law.
