Caroline practices corporate and securities law with a focus on public company transactions, including public offerings, private financings and mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience acting for underwriters/agents in private placements. Caroline advises public and private companies on corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations, and various other corporate and securities law compliance matters. Caroline is also a lawyer qualified to practice in the state of New York. Prior to joining DuMoulin Black, she worked as a U.S. corporate immigration lawyer for large multinational companies.
Outside of work, Caroline spends her time trail running, cycling and catching up with friends.
