Justin Kates recognized as 2019 Lexpert Canada Rising Star – Leading Lawyer Under 40

Winners of these highly competitive awards are selected by a distinguished advisory board with emphasis on the contributions that nominees make at their place of work as well as to the profession and surrounding community.

Justin practices primarily in the areas of securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. He was recognized specifically for groundbreaking work helping clients in emerging industries, including a cryptocurrency mining company file a prospectus in Canada and become listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and leading several financings and M&A transactions in consumables.
